Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct pricing or product errors and cancel an order if needed, and we will refund you in full if we do. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.

Made-to-order products

Our products are printed after you order. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed shirt. See our shipping policy and refund and returns policy for timing and returns.

Custom and business orders

For custom designs, you confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, text and images you send us. We may decline artwork that infringes someone else’s rights or that we find inappropriate. Custom orders are produced from the design you approve, so please check the mock-up carefully, including spelling and sizes.

Intellectual property

The designs, text and images on this site belong to Seemingly Great Tees or their respective owners. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. Names, characters and shows referenced in parody or fan designs belong to their owners and are not affiliated with us.

Using the website

Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or access areas you are not permitted to use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Seemingly Great Tees is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
